Breed Choice: Mermaid
Must Have Traits:
* lower body covered in a shell, gaining extra legs in water form. The exoskeleton will go up to his torso.
* Ability to transform (hah) into a human on land
* wearing a half-mask over his eyes when he goes on land. I'm making this resemble the visor he has as a robot
* pitch-black spiral hypno eyes
Optional Traits:
* Lobster feelers on the top of his head
* exoskeleton has a purple hue
* skin in mermaid and land form is a mix of light purple and black area
Height: 9 feet
Rarity: 4 - very rare (he disappeared from the comics for 7 years, and he has a habit of suddenly popping up in the timeline to do a thing and disappear), but he cannot be 5-star on account of how detested he is among Autobots, Decepticons, and any species with standards in this canon.
