Aura Froudine

eugenesisAura Froudine is a lab-grown superwarrior Insectkin developed by Lady Aura Frou Frou. She is designed to be a "queen", or an insectkin with abilities to control Insectkin drones, and was planned to have accelerated growth in order to serve Lady Frou Frou as soon as possible. During a raid on her mansion, Aura Froudine was taken by Scorponok (much to the displeasure of Soundwave, Dreadwing, and Skyquake) in exchange for allowing the galactic warrior Mama Baba access to his Spark. All to ensure Aura Froudine's safety, of course.

Her tube was safely stored in Scorponok's chest cavity until she was ready to be birthed. Her DNA is a mix of insectkin, turtlekin, plants, and the Spark signatures of Dreadwing and Skyquake. The last part meant that she could sense their presence even while being grown in the tube. Due to being part Cybertronian, she can ingest Energon safely, but it's not as nutritious as organic food. She can also photosynthesize due to her plant-like shell.
Aura Froudine was formally born on August 20th, 2023. This was announced by Scorponok all over the network, and was also the first time many of the crew heard of her.
Aura Froudine at 1 month
Aura Froudine sheds like other Insectkin, and by 1 month, her molted skin revealed three pairs of legs. A set of babysitters were found for her, particularly the Vehicons, Smokescreen, and a reluctant Donnie. Hot Shot, however, became her #1 enemy after he picked her up as a stranger and thought she could stand on her own.
During adventures, she would either be left on the ship, or - as in the case when the ship crashed on the moon - Mama Baba teleported into the fray to temporarily take her away.
Aura Froudine around 6 months
By her 6th month, Aura Froudine could almost crawl - which would soon prove to be a headache for everyone else. By now, she expressed interested in Runt's adopted alien babies.
Scorponok planned out her education even as an infant, opting to use no baby language around her, playing classical music, reading to her, and following just about every parental guide magazines to optimize her intelligence and readiness for college.

Because of her insect biology, Aura's earliest phonics cover hard consonants - ka, ta, etc. Her word for Scorponok is "tata", and for syllables with softer consonants, she can only pronounce the vowels. She can fully crawl on the floor and walls, but the ceiling is too scary for her. That doesn't stop her from getting into dangerous spaces.
They celebrated her first birthday with gifts and their babysitters. Her first friends were the organic children adopted by CF Megatron, and thus became a nightmare for more Vehicons.
